Here's our meal of the week!
Baked Salmon & Spinach Pasta!
For this dish, we prefer using fresh meats and veggies but frozen is always good too!
1 frying pan
4 salmon (fresh or frozen)
1 pack spinach (fresh or frozen)
1 pack mozzarella cheese
1 pack cream cheese
1/2 chopped red pepper
1/2 chopped onion
pink Himalayan sea salt
pour noodles into the pot and add water and bring to a boil on the stove
while noodles are cooking, pour some olive oil in your frying pan and add spinach, onions, peppers, garlic, and sour cream stir until simmered down and cream cheese is melted completely. Turn off.
put olive oil on your baking pan and lay salmon spread out across the pan. Season the raw salmon to your liking and pour the cream cheese mixture on top covering all of the salmon.
